A devoted mother and wife, Jessie has been with Dr. Mall and his practice for over 13 years. Her compassion and passion is what drives her to love what she does. Jessie is influenced by health care and her loving family.
Lea Cooper, MA
Medical Assistant
Serves as scheduler and medical assistant for Membership Concierge Services. Her passion is cooking French cuisine, hair styling and makeup. She enjoys promoting and believes in the cocktail for healing – Myers.
Hannah Weld
Project Manager
Passionate about both New Image and MSM Primary Concierge practices, Hannah has grown from the role of receptionist to front office manager. She provides services and a wealth of knowledge to both practices and is admired by the team and patients. Hannah went to UNLV, was a member of Delta Zeta sorority and studied Hospitality/Marketing. She enjoys self growth which allows her to continue practice growth through patient engagement and making everyone feel confident within their own skin when they come into our office.
Candice Siquian
Director of Operations & MSM Concierge Membership
Candice joined New Image over 4 years ago as the front office coordinator. Since that time she has been an integral part of the practice growth, supporting both New Image & MSM Concierge Members Services, custodian of medical records, supply chain management. In 2016 Candice was promoted from the front office coordinator to office manager. In addition to the many hats worn by Candice at both practices, she is an aspiring law student, enjoys classical music & spending time with her family. She also leads a very active lifestyle, goes to the gym every day, & enjoys cooking & baking.
Julie Rivera
Director of Clinical Operations & Insurance Billing
Julie has worked for Dr. Mall for over 7 years & is a key member of the leadership team. She has a passion for cooking, family & serving others. She oversees clinical operations and front office scheduling as well as insurance billing.
Gaye Stephens
VP of Operations & Bus Development
Gaye serves the Concierge & New Image team in the areas of people & business development & marketing communications. She is a primary source of information on standard operations procedures, protocol, & reputation management. Ms. Stephens has an MBA, a Master Certification in Human Resources & 15+ years of management experience. She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, reading & wine tastings. Much of who she is today is because of her dearest friend & mentor: her Mother. Gaye’s vision is a team of synergistic behaviors that generate trust, strong KPIs surpassing client & patient expectations.
